Jorge Neri Bonilla

I am the Editor in Chief of Cambio16 and CEO of Grupo EIG Multimedia, SL.

As editor of Cambio16 I’m in charge of setting the strategy for all our editorial content and building the portfolio of products and the multichannel marketing vehicles, which enables our clients to reach the appropriate audience at a record-breaking performance.

As a CEO of Grupo EIG Multimedia, SL, I am in charge of the day to day operation and the development and implementation of long and short term vision, mission and strategy of the Company to achieve our goals.

I have founded and led businesses with particular emphasis on the chemical, energy and entretaiment industries.

I was a Corporate and Finance Partner at JNF & Associate for approximately 15 years. I specialized in strategic business consulting, M&A, negotiation and corporate finance, focused on the energy industry and Latin America. I have have more than 20 years of experience in M&A advisory services and which has led international energy firms to invest millions of dollars for energy-related projects in the region.
Also, I have successfully led financial restructurings for multiple ventures, and has accrued deep experience in corporate advisory and litigation for large multinationals. .

Previously, I was a corporate associate for 4 years at the reputable New York law firm Hughes Hubbard & Reed LLP.

I hold a B.A. (Honors) in Law from UCAB; a JD in Comparative Jurisprudence (MCJ) and postgraduate studies in Business Management, both from New York University. I also hold a Diploma in Negotiation from Oxford University. Additionally, I have been admitted to the New York Bar (licensed attorney at law in the state of New York).
