I have always believed that being a leader comes from our genes. Life has taught me that people can also become leaders if they really want to. At least I have experienced these thoughts since I was a kid. Leadership is one of the most important characteristics that can define my daily work in order to achieve my goals.

I cannot talk about success without mentioning the people who are by my side all the time. Working in teams and respecting diversity is one of the most crucial elements in my life to get the best results. I know that working in teams is not as easy as it sounds, but being patient we will get what we need.

Now-a-days, most of the companies need a 360° change in their core spirit because people are not the same and we are evolving all the time. The rise of population’s needs and changeable targets, no mattering the sector or industry, demand new ways of solving problems to anticipate faster to what the consumers ask for. The innovation skill may summarize all the characteristics that a millennial entrepreneur ought to show to demonstrate his capacity in the new world of businesses.

As an intellectual background, having studied in the most recognized university in Mexico, the Tecnológico de Monterrey and in one of the best Grandes Écoles in France, Montpellier Business School, I can assure that I am well prepared to face the new challenges that international businesses have, in order to maximize its profits and doing the best to benefit people. Also, I’m willing to learn from different people and to share my experience for a common end.
