We've been in the Real Estate business since 2004.

We started in our home country, Venezuela. My wife Susana is an Architect and I, an entrepreneur. We slowly started designing, building, marketing and selling small medium-class houses, and thankfully we had success.

After some years, the well known political, social and economic situation in our country got worse and worse and consequently we had to stop building, and even stop doing home remodelings. The country’s crisis was terribly growing each day.

Due to the high political and economic pressure we could not continue in that situation. Consequently our family (my wife, our three daughters and me) moved to the USA, and after some years gaining experience on this side we started a real estate business.

We are real estate investors specializing in real estate wholesaling, and we find, secure and offer distressed properties at well below market value in the Miami area for our real estate cash buyers and partners.
