During the week, I double as a karate instructor with a strong desire to pass the martial arts on to the next generation. The primary focus is on the display of techniques and proper application, thereof. Traditional forms and weapons also play a part in the training as does light-contact sparring. Our mixed-martial arts programs incorporate full-contact, European kickboxing and Brazilan Jiu-Jitsu specifically geared for cage fighting. Adult-based self-defense classes are in the works!
