John Okeke is a software engineer, community leader, and digital strategy consultant with over a decade of experience building software.
He is the Founder of Sandlip Digital Consulting, a firm that has delivered solutions for clients including the Taraba State Government and Mambilla Beverages Limited. He also founded Sandlip Oasis, one of Northern Nigeria's fast-growing tech communities. Since 2023, it has engaged over 3,000 people, helped launch around 10 startups, and been awarded more than $35,000 in grants, working with partners such as Supabase and the Stacks Foundation.
As Community Manager and Developer Relations Lead at HackQuest, John drove growth across Nigeria and led the expansion into Ghana and Senegal, building a network of partners across West Africa. He has also led projects at startups including Swapsicle and Robinos Prediction.
