Jorum Schramm

Jorum Schramm holds a Project Management Professional (PMP) designation from the University of Victoria and has pursued continuing education opportunities through his dedication and desire to improve himself. Jorum Schramm began his career locally as a Regional Account Manager at Business Wire, where he served before accepting a position as the Director of Business Development for the British Columbia Chamber of Commerce. Responsible for supporting British Columbia’s small business culture, he created unique membership sales programs and organized events for both members and non-members. His daily duties also included direct communication with provincial and federal governments about the needs of small businesses throughout the province. In addition, Jorum Schramm oversaw all corporate sales & marketing initiates for the Chamber and served as a spokesperson for the organization at various professional events.

After leaving the Chamber of Commerce, Jorum Schramm became the Vice President of Business Development at Leverage Worldwide, LLC, where he focused on marketing, brand development, consumer engagement and project management. He managed all events, from ticketing and group sales to video production and artist management. His position also demanded that he remain on the cutting edge of marketing and sales practices to keep his artists and events effectively covered.

Last year, Jorum Schramm joined the iData Research team as the Strategic Account Executive of its Cardiovascular Department. In this position, he establishes profit goals based on market research and keeps the department on track to reach them. He oversees all of his division’s operations, including sales, invoice reconciliation, reporting, and planning sessions. In addition, he manages iData’s web presence and forges unique advertising campaigns, including formal and informal promotions.
