I've been working in HR and Management since 1994, starting as Branch director of Oxfam Intermon. I've been involved in Strategic Planning, HR evaluation, Change Management, Balanced Scored Card design, and the last 15 years in CSR and its link with business models and business development. In my experience as General Manager I 've been the leader of organizational change planning for increase competitiveness in different size companies. Actually I'm working as member of the board in Servitelco and Manager of special projects in ATAM.
