I'm a proud Chilean and NZ Citizen, and have lived in Hamilton for over a decade. I've spent half of this time studying and the other half, working in local government.

My vision for Hamilton focuses on a safe, thriving city with efficient transport and revitalised public spaces, supported by excellent Council services.

In my six years in local government, I've facilitated evidence-based decisions, but I'm frustrated by the lack of expertise and diversity in the Council. With the experience acquired at the Waikato Regional Council and Auckland Council, I want to be your voice of reason.

I'll prioritise taking care of our assets, getting the most out of infrastructure, and promoting responsible spending. A review of contracted services/rates is necessary, to ensure Council is achieving good value for money. I’ll advocate for 18% rates increase in 2024/25 (in par with current rates per capita of comparable Councils), not the proposed 25.5%.

Hamilton is an excellent place to live, and I'm running because we need young, capable leaders to make it even better.
