Jose F. Alamo

I was born in Valencia, Venezuela. After a great childhood in Venezuela I moved to the US when I was a teenager. Now days, I am happily married and we have three wonderful kids.

I have a bachelor degree in Computer Information Management. I have over 10 years of Information Technology experience, specially around the areas of IT Asset Management and IT Service Management. I currently work for CA Technologies as a Service Functional Architect.
