I am a neuropsychiatrist and psychiatrist, and I am finishing up my Master's in Philosophy of Science. In addition, I hold positions as deputy and co-editor in two Mexican scientific mental health journals and work as a research associate at the National Institute of Psychiatry “Ramón de la Fuente Muñiz” in México City. Lastly, my primary research interests include the construct of emergence, neuropsychiatric disorders, and consciousness.
