I am the owner of Hautch Cleaning LLC. I bring over 12 years of experience from the U.S. Navy, where I learned leadership, discipline, teamwork, and how to manage people and operations. Those skills helped me build strong systems, keep high standards, and run a professional cleaning business.

After leaving active duty, I also worked in digital marketing for more than 16 years. This helped me learn how to bring in customers, manage websites, handle advertising, and grow businesses online. I use these skills in my company to improve our marketing, build strong client relationships, and make sure the business stays organized and ready to grow.

I started Hautch Cleaning because I saw how important clean, safe spaces are for families, offices, and communities. Over time, I trained in professional cleaning methods, safety rules, and quality control. This helped me understand every part of how the business works, from deep cleaning and floor care to scheduling, customer service, and managing cleaning teams.

Current Role and Responsibilities:
I oversee the daily operations of the company. This includes meeting with clients, giving quotes, creating cleaning plans, training staff, and making sure every job is done the right way. I also handle contracts, equipment purchases, safety guidelines, and customer satisfaction. My main goal is to deliver reliable, high-quality cleaning services and to keep improving our systems as we grow.
