Hey there, I’m Jose. I’m a professional photographer living in Guatemala. I specialize in wedding/event and family photography, but also work on commercial photography projects. What I like the most about being a photographer, is getting to know people in a personal level and give them back (in form of a photograph) their story/essence the way I see it. In several ocassions, people don't realize how valuable they are, until someone else points it to them. Photography is not only my job and the way I support my family, but also a way to make others feel better about themselves.

I have worked on the media, specially in television and radio for more than 10 years. This gave me an opportunity to become at ease working around and in front of many people, aswell as skills in production and media technology.

I have worked with different brands and projects as a voice over artist, recording in different studios. I like this side of my career, because it's another creative outlet for me.

I am a fan of outdoors sports, such as skateboarding and surfing. I’m also interested in music and acting. All of those I have practiced in different moments of my life. I believe that these experiences build an important side of who we are.
