José L. Moreno III is a self-motivated professional with experience working in Title V federal grants since 2011. Mr. Moreno is currently the Program Director for a Title V Program, funded by the Department of Education, called Focus On Student Success (FOSS) at Texas A&M International University (TAMIU). Moreno has an M.B.A. in International Business ’14 from TAMIU and a Bachelor of Science in Systems Information Engineering ’10 from Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey (ITESM).

José L. Moreno’s undergraduate years have been marked by his participation as a member of ITESM Mountain Biking Team and also for being recognized twice as “The Most Outstanding Student” in Social Work at the Luca Foundation during the XV and XVI Award Program of “Tu Servicio con Sentido” by the Instituto para el Desarrollo Social Sostenible from ITESM, Fall 2009, and Spring 2010.

As the Program Director for the Title V Focus On Student Success (FOSS) program, Moreno ensures that relevant documentation about the program activities is accurately and thoroughly recorded, safeguarded, and disseminated to the appropriate individuals, as needed. Moreno’s knowledge of video production and his ability to create digital art has led to his role of media developer within the program. In addition to that, he

Moreno’s ambition is to eventually pursue a PhD in Business that will provide him an opportunity to start an academic career, sharpen his research skills, and expand his leadership and decision-making abilities.

José L. Moreno III lives in Nuevo Laredo, México. His better half is Aimeé González. He also has two children, loving parents and a sister, as well.
