I’m Jose Luis Cadena Jr., Founder & Growth Strategist of Eminence Legacy, a growth and development company helping people, brands, businesses, and organizations identify what’s holding them back, strengthen what’s working, and build what comes next.

My work crosses personal development, leadership, business and growth strategy, brand development, organizational development, coaching, assessments, speaking, and financial education.

I believe the solution starts with understanding the problem. Rather than beginning with a predetermined answer, I work to identify what is actually happening, what is creating the gap, and what needs to be built, rebuilt, or strengthened.

Experience That Crosses Worlds

My background wasn't built in one lane. I've spent more than two decades in corporate operations and leadership while also building businesses, developing people, coaching, speaking, creating media, writing, and working with brands and entrepreneurs.

That combination has shaped how I approach growth: the problem may change, but the need to diagnose it correctly comes first.

Through Eminence Legacy, that work now serves three areas:

Leadership & Development

My leadership experience includes managing high-pressure operations, developing teams, improving processes, mentoring individuals, and navigating real-world business challenges.

My work in personal development also includes coaching and training through the Extreme Execution framework associated with Dr. Eric Thomas and his organization.

I don't separate personal development from business or organizational growth. People are the foundation—but the foundation isn't the entire building.

Financial Education

Financial development remains part of my work as well. I help individuals and families better understand financial principles, protection, planning and long-term decision-making.
