I’ve been living and working across Central America and Caribbean, been part of 4 companies, 2 of them launches and one of them a startup in different industries, show my ability to successfully set up, migrate or re-design businesses in diverse trading environments with complex internal & external challenges.
Over my 16yrs of professional experience, most of them in a leadership position in the FMCG sector, Telecoms and Retail - in local and regional roles - I take particular pride in having (1) re-engineered, set up and developed two massive sales forces in El Salvador and Honduras (2) re-convert all the retail structure of a Telecoms Company in 2 countries, El Salvador and Panama, and (3) successfully launched a loyalty program from retailers and consumer perspective, only successful launch of a major worldwide handsets maker in Latin America.

After 6 years in Telecoms, I have decided to comeback to the FMCGs industry. Open to Corporate challenges, across the region, with a preference for spirits, coffee, energy drinks, packaged foods, luxury goods, perfume and retail chains or franchises. Currently engaged in finding the next career movement.
