Personal Mission Statement: I strive to be physically and mentally fit at all times. Always set the standard and lead by example. Success is a team effort, if they fail I fail. Trust and good communication is important to relationships both personal and professional. I aspire to earn the respect and confidence of others through hard work and dedication. I will maintain a high level of integrity by doing the right thing even when others aren’t looking. I will exercise initiative by taking appropriate action in the absence guidance. I will strive to make decisions based off facts, not personal bias.
Goals :I’m pursuing a career to become a FBI criminal profiler. My goal is to understand why suspects commit deviant acts, and how to catch them.
Skills: My strongest qualities that’ve helped me to succeed and will continue to do so in law enforcement are social, time management, and leadership skills developed through my academic and military experiences.
Work Experience and accomplishments:I’m a Noncommissioned Officer in the Massachusetts Army National Guard who has served as Petroleum Laboratory Specialist and Ammunition Specialist sense 2011. During that time, I’ve also attended Springfield Community College and the University of Massachusetts, studying psychology. These experiences are the stepping stones for where I want to be.
