Joseph Holmes has worked for FirstGroup since 2005 in numerous customer facing and business development roles. Joseph has experience working across both FirstGroup's bus and rail contracts in both the UK and US. His most recent roles include Station Manager of London Paddington and Rail Analyst within the International Business Development Team.
Joseph currently works within FirstGroup’s innovation team to find solutions and identify new opportunities reflecting the changing nature of transportation today. Such solutions include working across FirstGroup’s five operating divisions to provide first mile/last mile solutions, such as autonomous vehicles, that can increase the usage of public transportation systems by providing better accessibility to the riders.
