Joseph is a brand and media expert. He provides valuable support to organizations and executives, enhancing stakeholder and community engagement. Notably, he is the founder of Young People Connect Africa (YPCAfrica), a thriving community of change-makers.

As an alumnus of the Young African Leaders Initiative (YALI) programme, Regional Leadership Centre Accra, Joseph has impacted the lives of over 6000 young Africans. Through YPCAfrica, he equips them with essential skills for success in entrepreneurial and technology-driven contexts, contributing to Africa's economic growth and social development.

Joseph's efforts extend beyond YPCAfrica. He has been instrumental in organizing the highly anticipated youth Connect Conference since 2018, attracting thousands of participants. Through partnerships and collaborations, he connects young people to numerous opportunities, impactful projects, and innovative startup ideas.
