He is involved in managing the commercial, technical, operational and logistic functions of the business. He has a BSc in Chemistry, an MBA in Sales and Marketing, and has completed a Strategic Sales Management course from the Institute of Sales & Marketing Management. Joseph has over 20 years of extensive experience in the construction chemicals industry in various sales and technical positions.
