Joseph is passionate about contributing towards the global challenge associated with complacency and the cheat syndrome, which is currently ravaging humanity.
He is a logistics entrepreneur in the Nigerian Logistics and Supply Chain sector where he has significant professional knowledge and experience; he also engages young people to discover themselves through his several public speaking engagements and Leading through Fellowships.
His passion towards young people has motivated him to set up a Foundation known as The Nehemiah's Protege Foundation, now Joseph Adewole Youth Empowerment Foundation, and has been holding mega summits, Leadership workshops, Mental health support, Literary Debates, Volunteer opportunities, Mentorship programs, Self-improvement seminars, Skills Development, Vocational training, Career counselling, Industry insights, Internships and job shadowing, Emotional intelligence workshops, Social skills development, Community outreach, Sports and fitness, Creative projects, booth camps, life-changing programs through which derailed young people are being remodelled and rehabilitated for good.
Joseph also has a partnership approval with the Lagos State Ministry of Basic and Secondary Education, to take these transformational works to schools where young people are being remodelled and mentored for a better turn out in the society.
Joseph has a Computer Science education background. He is a member of the Small and Medium Enterprises Development Agency of Nigeria (SMEDAN). He is a graduate certificate holder in SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT from ClarionTech. He is a graduate certificate holder in ACCESSING FUNDS FOR SMALL BUSINESS from SMEDAN Academy. He’s a graduate certificate holder in Business Plan Preparation & Implementation Programme. He holds a Diploma in ADVANCED COMPUTING from Sapphire Information Tech. Institute. He’s an alumnus of the Global Leadership Summit (GLS).
