Over the course of his career, Joseph Armato has demonstrated an in-depth knowledge of both construction and real estate development. He entered the working world as an independent contractor in the New York City borough of the Bronx, and in this role, he oversaw all aspects of projects, from bidding to quality control. Responsible for the securing of materials and any additional labor necessary to complete a job, Joseph Armato also stood ready to finish any framing, drywall installation, or other manual tasks necessary to get the job done on time and within budget.

Joseph Armato served as a contractor for close to 30 years, after which time he became owner and operator of Global Realty Development. In this capacity, he serves as a real estate broker for both buyers and sellers while simultaneously overseeing the development and management of company-owned properties. He draws on experience working with investors in residential, commercial, and mixed-use real estate, to whom he offers support in tenant acquisition and maintenance as well as a knowledge of other factors that drive income.

Mr. Armato also draws on a detailed understanding of building codes and laws, both in New York City and in Westchester County. He balances this expertise with highly developed communication skills to ensure the compliance of all development projects.
