Joseph Harris Jr.

Born and raised in New Orleans, Louisiana, I have called various places on this vast planet "home." It is through my travels where many of my prolific photographs are captured. Though I possess no formal artistic training, I attempt to capture photographs of my surroundings as a means of attaining solace and inner peace.

It is my desire that those who view the often overlooked world I present toy you, through my lens, can come to appreciate the natural beauty of their own environments, and ultimately their fellow human beings. I hope that my images will do their small part in making our society accept that despite our vastly unique differences, we all have something substantial and beautiful to offer the world.

Some of my personal interests include art (in all its forms), poetry, spiritual transcendence, humanity, and massage therapy and Reflexology.
