Joseph Cuzzupoli

Joseph Cuzzupoli has over 30 years' experience in the long-term health care industry, during which he has worked with and founded several companies. In 2007, Joseph Cuzzupoli founded West River Services, which focused on delivering ancillary services to long-term care facilities.

In the years after he established the company, Mr. Cuzzupoli led it to generate a profit margin of 15 percent on $25 million in annual revenue. Alongside identifying and capitalizing on growth opportunities, he was responsible for sales and marketing, human resources, and other areas.

Before this, Joseph Cuzzupoli was the president and chief executive officer of the Summit Services Group. After establishing the company in 1991, he led it to generate $60 million in revenue while also employing over 3,500 employees.

In addition to being responsible for budgeting and creating contractual service agreements, Mr. Cuzzupoli oversaw the legal, leasing, and finance departments, among others. He is involved with several organizations in different capacities, such as Quality Rehabilitation, where he is a board member.
