Along the way he reminisces and meanders a bit and we learn about his wild lifestyle involving several colorful characters, his dislike for pig-f*%#^ers, and his excessive hero-worship of deceased writers and how that has affected his relationship with the younger woman he lives with. We also learn that he's just about had enough of a crazy world inhabited by such a stupid species (Homo sapiens). In Slater H. Underwood's own words, it's "Witty and ribald, yet poignant and piquant." This one is just for the grown-ups...
