Joseph Dostal

With over 30 years of experience as a financial professional, Joseph Dostal brings an abundance of relevant knowledge to his current role as President of J Dostal Investments, Inc. Since founding the Edmonds, Washington, investment advisory firm in 1997, Joe Dostal has assisted numerous individuals and business owners in pursuing their financial goals.

Joe Dostal earned his undergraduate degree in 1965 after studying economics and finance at Seattle Pacific University. He then attended graduate school at the University of Washington in Seattle before holding numerous positions in the financial industry.

At J Dostal Investments, Joseph Dostal now works to enhance his clients’ investment portfolios and help maximize their returns. He provides individuals with private investment management services through TradePMR and First Clearing, LLC, a division of Wells Fargo Bank.

Outside of work, Joseph Dostal maintains an active lifestyle by playing tennis with his friends and family. A fan of the Seattle Seahawks and University of Washington Huskies, he also enjoys watching football games. For leisure, Joe Dostal prefers reading and researching political events and world news. For instance, he has spent much of his time analyzing the effects of natural gas fields in the United States in relation to the economy and foreign oil dependency.
