After graduating with honors from Temple University with a Bachelor's in Criminal Justice, Earla wanted to immediately jump right into the field and begin making a change. However, she found herself taking an oath of service for a year by becoming a VISTA in the Mayor's Office of Education under the Mayor of Philadelphia. Earla is able to continue her efforts in working with youth as a life coach. Earla is looking into grad schools to study Leadership and Organizational Development or Applied Behavioral Analysis. ---------- Earla is certified in Media Production, CPR & First Aid, Mental Health First Aid and Trauma 101.
