About Joseph Godwin John

Joseph Godwin John is a dynamic leader, pastor, and purpose coach with a deep passion for helping people discover who they are, why they were created, and how to live meaningfully. He believes that every individual is born with a divine purpose and that true fulfillment comes from walking in alignment with that purpose.

He is the Founder and President of the Purpose Driven Generation Initiative (PDGI) — a non-profit organization committed to raising a generation of purpose-driven young people who are equipped to lead, influence, and create positive change in their communities. Through PDGI’s life-transforming mentorship programs, leadership trainings, and community outreach projects, Joseph continues to touch lives and inspire growth across different spheres.

One of PDGI’s key impact projects, Library Avenue, provides free PDF books and educational materials to people who desire to grow spiritually, mentally, and financially. This initiative reflects Joseph’s heart for empowering people through knowledge and making learning accessible to everyone, regardless of background.

In addition to his work in ministry and social impact, Joseph currently serves as the Executive Operations Support Officer and UVEP Project Coordinator at Ukamart Global Nig. Ltd, a fast-growing technology-driven retail and logistics company. In this capacity, he contributes to the company’s structural growth, operational excellence, and national visibility, helping to drive innovation, accountability, and team development across all branches.

A passionate teacher and communicator, Joseph is known for his ability to connect deeply with people through his teachings, leadership seminars, and one-on-one mentorship.
