Joseph Gradante is the CEO and Director of Sales at Allio Capital, a financial technology company focused on AI-powered wealth management and financial intelligence. Based in Lake Oswego, Oregon, he has built a career spanning finance, sales, and technology. Before founding Allio Capital, he worked with Hennessee Group LLC, Sidoti, and Merrill Lynch, where he gained experience in financial markets and client relationships. Joseph studied at The Beekman School and later continued his education at Hunter College. He also completed the Wharton FinTech Executive Program and participated in the Washington Technology Industry Association Accelerator. His interests include macroeconomics, capital markets, artificial intelligence, and public policy. Outside of work, he enjoys hiking, yoga, walking in the rain, and lifelong learning.
