Joseph Hale

After I (Joseph) finished college, I worked several places, but after a few years I found a job working for the United Parcel Service (UPS). I originally acquired the job as a box loader for the local sort while I studied to become a private investigator. I enjoyed my time working on the sort, and it was early on in my time at UPS that I got the idea for my story. I started writing, and before long I had a well-built outline. As I worked I would think about my next chapter. In about two months, I had successfully written my first book. Unfortunately, a book is just like a research paper or any other quality document: the writing is the quick part. I began editing my work, and after several months I had rewritten much of my original work to improve the story. A little over a year passed at UPS, and I was asked by my superiors to become the local sort supervisor. After much consideration I accepted, and this was an incredible learning experience. My responsibilities at work increased significantly as a supervisor, and I found less time to work on my manuscript, but over the next year, and with a great deal of help from my family, I was able to turn my manuscript into a book. My brother, Ian Hale, and my sister, Vanessa Hale, joined me in my writing career and the three of us now co-author the series A Destiny Among Worlds. After the release of my first book I began working as the Fire Crew Chief at Servpro, a restoration company. I learned many things there and did hurricane relief for Hurricane Harvey in Texas and Hurricane Florence in North Carolina. Our second book,Sacrificing Bishops, will be released in 2019. This amazing sequel to Overtaken by Destiny is sure to keep you entertained for hours.
