Joseph (Joe) Charno is an executive marketing professional from Trumbull, CT. He has over 20 years of experience in the field and is the founder of JLCDesignz, LLC, a Connecticut-based marketing firm that specializes in creating effective marketing strategies for small businesses.

In the early stages of his career, Mr. Charno held executive roles as Vice President of Marketing, Advertising, and E-Commerce at American Blinds and Vice President of Market and Customer Relationship Management at ServiceMaster: American Home Shield.

Later, in 2013, he joined Altice USA (formerly Cablevision) as VP of Brand, Marketing, and Creative Services. In this position, he managed the product marketing team and led all marketing, communications, and creative strategies for the company. Additionally, he implemented relationship marketing initiatives that boosted the company's KPIs.

He served in this role until 2021. Apart from running JLCDesignz, Mr. Charno is the CMO and Head of Experience at Coredadi, a SaaS B2C and B2B marketing and analytics firm. He is responsible for overseeing the marketing campaigns of both the company and its clients. Mr. Charno holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Fairfield University in Connecticut. When he is not working, he enjoys playing golf and bicycling.
