Joseph Kanner

Joseph Kanner is a real estate broker who holds active licenses in the states of New York and Florida. Since 1990, he has owned and operated Quantum Management, a property management firm located in the village of Elmsford in the New York metropolitan area. Dedicated to providing clients with clean and comfortable living environments, he typically works more than 12 hours a day to serve existing and prospective tenants. Buildings under Joseph Kanner’s management include co-op, condominium, and stand-alone rental properties. He also assists in the operation of multiple homeowner associations. When he isn’t busy with Quantum Management, Mr. Kanner is actively involved with the National Association of Residential Property Managers and the Rent Stabilization Association.

Outside of the professional environment, Joseph Kanner is an avid collector of rock and roll memorabilia who also enjoys golfing and playing basketball. As a sports spectator, he holds season tickets to the New York Giants and New York Yankees.
