Joseph Lawthers

I'm Joseph Lawthers, a sales and business development professional based in Philadelphia.

I founded Philos Property Solutions, a general contracting and remodeling company based in Kennett Square, PA. What started with a truck and a set of tools grew into a company that has generated over $1 million in annual revenue. Philos specialized in kitchen and bathroom remodels, basement finishing, flooring, additions, and full home renovations across the greater Philadelphia and Chester County area.

I also co-own Let's Get Trash, a debris removal and junk hauling company serving contractors, homeowners, and commercial clients throughout Philadelphia and the surrounding counties. We built the company around one idea: actually showing up when you say you will. It sounds simple, but anyone who's worked with hauling companies knows how rare reliability actually is in this space.

In my sales career, I've focused on appointment setting and closing for high-ticket services. I'm a process-oriented person. I track what matters, I prepare for every call, and I've built a reputation for consistency. The same approach that helped me scale Philos is the same approach I bring to every sales conversation.

Outside of business, I'm involved with several community organizations. I volunteer with The Block Gives Back, which focuses on preparing and distributing food to families in need. I also support the What I Wish I Knew Foundation, which works on youth development, economic development, and workforce readiness. And I contribute to The Noor Foundation in Baltimore, which focuses on youth development and supporting returning citizens.

I'm a father of five. I'm in the gym most mornings, I've gotten into distance running over the past year, and I enjoy hiking and visiting art museums around Philadelphia. I attended Fox School of Business at Temple University.
