Since launching his business career in 1983, Joe has built, expanded, and invested in a multitude of highly successful, multi-billion-dollar companies spanning various sectors including finance, water, distribution and logistics, arms and ammunition, food and beverages, technology, manufacturing, and retail.

His clientele ranges from major publicly listed companies to federal and state governments, as well as numerous agencies and administrations. Notably, he has been the primary provider of water and transport for the US Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) across the United States and its territories since 2004.

Joe has received a Certificate of Special Congressional Recognition for his outstanding service to the community and has been commended by several governmental agencies for his invaluable contributions.

Joe boasts a proven record of delivering response and recovery services for federal, state, and international government agencies since 1994. He has consistently maintained his status as the largest provider of water and transport for FEMA, delivering hundreds of millions of liters of water across the US and its territories.

Lipsey Logistics operates with a fleet of over 700 trucks and trailers, supported by 3,000 portable satellite tracking devices. Their inventory includes a minimum of 150 truckloads of bottled water, 10 truckloads of shelf-stable meals, and five 6,000-gallon potable water tankers, along with a bottled water manufacturing facility and more than 200 dedicated employees. To ensure they meet the high standards set for their governmental clients, Lipsey Logistics employs former senior military personnel.

Charitable Activities
For over 30 years, Joe has actively supported events and organizations that bolster community strength and promote a healthy lifestyle. Although much of his charitable work remains private, he has donated and delivered tens of millions of liters of water in the aftermath of numerous hurricanes and disasters across the United States. In December 2022, Joe and his wife donated $1 million to the Louisiana State University of Alexandria Foundation. This contribution was made to establish a perpetual endowment fund for the Alexandria Museum of Art, in honor of his parents.
