Hi, I am Joseph and I am a designer and educator. As a creative catalyst with an entrepreneurial mindset, I believe that in the power of good design in impacting lives for the better future. I believe in using my creativity, passion and empathy to inspire and empower others to fulfil their dreams in a loving and authentic way.

As a designer, I facilitate individuals, brands and organisations to connect the dots of complex issues by discovering unconscious behaviors and latent desires to realise human-centred solutions for social and ecological good. Notable clients include Unilever, GlaxoSmithKline, Nestlé, FrieslandCampina, Mondelez International, Distell and Colgate-Palmolive. Selected Fortune 500 brands such as Dove, Tresemme, Clear, Oreo, Cadbury, Kleenex, Kotex, Huggies, Dutch Lady, Scotts Emulsion, Colgate, Gerber, Dunhill, KENT, Amarula and Heineken.

Currently, I teach product design & innovation at Ngee Ann Polytechnic, School of Design & Environment, where I aim to enlighten and inspire the next generation of design thinkers & innovators.
