Greater Miami Area
I have spent the better part of the last decade in the armed forces, and was a member of the United States Marine Corps (2000 - 2009) for nine years. I later went on to serve with the U.S. Air Force Reserves, which I still participate in today(2009 - Today).
During my time in the corps, I was promoted to the rank of Sergeant, and was endowed with the responsibility of serving as Safety Program Manager with over 217 personnel members. I trained, educated, managed, and supervised more than 30 members at a time, led intensive 12 to 14-hour daily work schedules, and experienced performing under constant deadlines. I have considerable combat experience, and I'm particularly adept at managing stress during difficult and frequently-changing circumstances.
After the Marines, I earned my private pilot license with instrument rating, and I'm now currently enrolled in business courses. I have educated myself on real estate investing through seminars, conventions, and studying the methods of real estate gurus.
Recently I have been working with RE/MAX as a commercial sales associate in order to increase my knowledge level as well as my experience in the field, with apartment buildings/multifamily as my forte.
I bring an unmatched degree of discipline and personal initiative to the business, and I'm perpetually fueled by my ability to organize, motivate, influence, and enable others.
