Joseph Majeesh

I am Joseph Majeesh, a seasoned entrepreneur and recruitment expert with a strong background in oil and gas staffing, franchise development, and business management. Born and raised in India, I faced financial challenges early in life but worked hard to complete my education, earning both a BBA and an MBA in Human Resources Management. My career began in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, where I worked as a banking officer before transitioning into human resources roles in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.

In 2012, I moved to Canada, and my recruitment expertise quickly helped me become a recognized leader in the oil and gas staffing industry. I had the opportunity to work with top firms like PTW Energy and TRS Staffing, solidifying my reputation for successfully staffing major oil and gas projects across Canada.

Alongside my recruitment career, I ventured into franchise development, launching well-known food franchises across Western Canada. My passion for business, coupled with a deep commitment to community involvement, has earned me respect both in the business world and within my local community. I remain actively engaged in charitable efforts and my church, demonstrating my dedication to giving back and supporting those around me.
