Malnutrition is a double burden in Africa, every year globally, about 3.1 million children die of hunger due to inadequate food intake which is low both in quantity and quality .The problem is so intense in Sub-Saharan Africa (under nutrition)
I strongly believe Africa deserves a good health and for the last four years, I dedicated my time to work in the hardest to reach areas of Uganda and South Sudan to support nutrition projects in the communities. I have diverse experience in Public Health Nutrition management both in development and emergency contexts.
I was born in rural part of Uganda and having a University degree means a lot to the entire family and the community I come from. I spend my free time in career development for students of all levels . I go about this by providing effective leadership, mentorship and direction in ones chosen career path.
My friends feel am too ambitious for life, ‘yes I like good things and good things comes at a cost and this has made me to work extra mile in my career.’
I am capable of providing innovative and sustainable solutions to global food and nutrition challenges in all settings.
