Joseph Miklos

I am a malpractice lawyer working for Silberstein, Awad & Miklos(SAM). I am very involved with American Bar Associations, the New York State Trial Lawyers Association, and the National Association of personal injury Lawyers.

I graduated from Columbia University in 1973 with BS degrees in Chemistry and Pharmacy.

I later received my Juris Doctor degree from Brooklyn Law School.

I have experience from medical malpractice suits to construction accidentsuits. My work is dedicated to helping those that were wrongfully injured claim compensation for the harm that came to them.
