Joseph Noone

Based in Paris, fluent in French & English, with a Masters in HR Management from the IAE de Paris and an Honors Degree in French and Sociology from Trinity College Dublin, I am a solutions oriented, business focused, experienced hands HR manager with significant experience in international engineering and/or high tech, complex sales organizations in France. My career has allowed me to acquire a strong experience both in HR Operations and HR Development in results-driven, multi-site, matrix, employee-oriented, High Performance organizations. This dual HR expertise is complemented by my strong sense of strategic thinking and execution excellence.

Based on a deep understanding of the business through strong partnership with all business partners, I proactively work to develop a "OneTeam" culture by implementing smooth, lean HR operations which deliver cost effective and timely HR services to managers and employees which enable and empower, thereby reinforcing employee engagement, driving business excellence and delivering a great working experience for all employees throughout the organization.
