Hello all, I’m Joseph. I’m a Cyber Intelligence Analyst living in Maryland, USA.

I've started to create content to motivate those that struggle with mental hurdles such as anxiety, depression, overthinking and for those that have dealt with any type of addiction.

As a Veteran who has struggled himself, it's imperative to pass along information or guidance that can propel someone else forward. Community is important, and you never know when the spark will happen.
