I am the founder and CEO of Lossless Research, an early-stage AI research lab based in San Francisco focused conscious artificial intelligence. Lossless Research attracts accomplished scientists, engineers, and creatives from leading institutions including MIT, Stanford, UC Berkeley, and competing AI research labs.

I've been training autoregressive models and developing autonomous agent architectures since the release of the first open-source LLM in 2021. I began programming at age 9, enrolled at Modesto Junior College for Computer Science at 14, and briefly attended San Francisco State University before dropping out.
