Since I was 9 I was fascinated and amused in business. I first started with online shopping and selling. I would find stuff around my house that belonged to me (most of the time) and I would list and sell it on eBay. By the age of 10 I already made thousands from that. When my mom decided to open up her own retail consignment shop called Sunny Daize, I would work for her. I would always work almost every day during the summer, and weekends in the fall and spring. My job duty was to ring people up, and I was very fast and diligent in that position even in the most busy times! I also loved technology, so I helped with any computer issues they ran into. After working there for about 2-3 years I stopped because they had enough employees and I felt that they no longer needed me. That same Christmas a hot toy called Zhu Zhu Pets came along and I jumped on it. I called every store, had online trackers, and people from Target holding them for me when they got a shipment in. I got many of the Zhu Zhu Pets and sold them all during the Christmas season for about double and sometimes triple what they costed me since they were sold out everywhere. Later on after that Christmas I wanted to do something more, I opened a website called AppleTrap.com and it sold iPhone cases. I also sold them in my moms store for sometime which was very successful. After stopping that website I was in love with Apple products. When I got an iPhone (1st generation) for Christmas I was instantly in love with technology and smartphones. I got the new iPhone every birthday and the iPhone 3G actually came out on my birthday (July 11th) so it was meant to be! Fast forward to January 2011, me and my oldest brother Scott were at Walmart looking at the magazines, we were both reading business success stories. Me and Scott decided within minutes to open our own company. Smartphones were huge like they are now and saw the need for a company that needed to purchase old phones. We later that day came up with three names, we asked our family members which they liked best. The one we didn't like was the one everyone else chose which was TriPhonia. We stuck with the TriPhonia name and opened our website. It was an instant hit at first, but then slowed down. I created a new website design, logo, and added more features. I constantly tried to add new features to the site and fix some pesky bugs that would come sometimes. The whole year of 2011 was to just build foundation.
