Joseph Saganski

Holding more than 25 years of industry experience, Joseph Saganski has worked as a plant manager in Indiana, Michigan, and Texas. Joseph Saganski has developed extensive knowledge of diverse plastics, including thermoforming, urethane molding, and injection molding. He has also led a team of more than 250 hourly employees and achieved business growth and cost-saving objectives. As a plant manager at Swan Products from 2009 to 2020, he implemented strategies that improved plant efficiency, such as a scrap reduction initiative that saved approximately $120,000 annually. He also managed a plant expansion valued at $12 million.

As part of his professional experience, Joseph Saganski has provided management solutions in the areas of quality, inventory control, health and safety, team building, and systems implementation. Authorized to work for any business nationwide, he has the capacity to relocate to assist employers in achieving manufacturing goals.

In addition to his professional responsibilities, Mr. Saganski has cultivated a passion for seeing and exploring new places as a long-time traveler. He counts a recent helicopter tour of the Grand Canyon as one of his most exciting trips. He also enjoys fly fishing for salmon in Northern Michigan. Additionally, he spends time working on his golf game, and maintains a 13 handicap.
