I'm Joseph Tochi; a marketing Strategist, designer, and startup founder building at the intersection of creativity, technology and community.

I've spent years turning ideas into movements. My work spans marketing strategy, brand design, and product building; with a focused obsession on creating systems that help people and businesses grow with clarity and intention.

I'm currently building EventFlow Africa, a tech-driven event operating system designed to help event organizers across Africa run smarter, more profitable events - with less chaos and more flow. Alongside EventFlow, I'm developing several other ventures focused on empowering creatives and entrepreneurs across the globe.

My expertise sits at a rare crossroads: I think like a strategist, execute like a designer, and communicate like someone who has stood in front of crowds and moved them. That last part isn't a metaphor. I'm an active public speaker and event producer who has organized high-impact community events including the Youth Equip Bootcamp, and the Design-A-Thon; programs that have attracted thousands of participants, and created measurable, lasting impact for young people across Africa.

I believe the most powerful thing you can build is a community of people who are better because you showed up.

Whether I'm designing, building products, mapping out growth and marketing strategies, or speaking on a stage, the throughline is always the same: I build things that move people forward.
