Throughout his career in real estate law, Joseph Zoppo has balanced his expertise as counsel with diverse experience in mortgage banking and investment. He has served since 2002 as a founding senior loan officer and mortgage banker with American Trust Mortgage, a Massachusetts company with recorded annual revenue production of more than $3.1 million and transaction volume of $24 million. Joseph Zoppo comes to this role as founder and former managing director of real estate holding group Millennium Equity Holdings, in which position he structured financing and oversaw the development of distressed property.

Mr. Zoppo also leads as partner in the firm of Peres, Zoppo and Associates, a commercial and litigation firm that focuses on financing, business planning, and transactional matters for a diverse clientele. He balances his leadership responsibilities within the firm with service as general counsel to two real estate holding companies, having served in the same role in the technology and manufacturing industries.

Joseph Zoppo holds a real estate broker license in the state of Massachusetts and received his juris doctor from the Boston University School of Law. He earned his bachelor of science in business administration from Northeastern University's College of Business, where he concentrated in finance and graduated summa cum laude. Successful in applying this background as a financial professional with Fortune 500 companies, he also stands out as an experienced commercial litigator in business reorganization.
