"I inherited quality, suffered the risk of error; now, I model systems and build futures."

Industrial Engineering Background → CEO → Software Architect

A unique trajectory combining 25 years of system building with real-world business leadership. My path from chemistry labs to family business CEO to software architecture provides a rare understanding of both technical excellence and business impact.

My origins

Three generations, same principle. My grandfather survived the Spanish Civil War, my father evolved from lathe operator to the brain of our family metalwork shop, and I transitioned from playing among aluminum profiles to designing distributed systems.

My methodology

  • Excellence-driven vigilance: I anticipate problems before they occur
  • Radical visualization: "Wait, let's draw this out"
  • Extreme simplification: If my 84-year-old father can't understand it, it's poorly designed

Life lesson that guides everything

"You are here to learn how to learn" – Dr. José Vázquez Tato, USC.

This ability to capture essences allows me to evolve from Basic to Hexagonal and DDD without losing context.

Track record

99.97% uptime on critical systems | 0 catastrophic failures | Architectures that scale without disruption

Four perspectives in one: engineer who models, executive who prioritizes, technician who ensures, pragmatist who delivers.

Current focus

Avincis R&D – Mission-critical aviation emergency systems. Specialized in modernizing legacy without disruption for companies that cannot afford failures.

"The best debugging is the one you don't need because you designed the system assuming everything can fail."
