Jose A. Saldivar graduated with honors from Arizona State University in 2001 and was a scholarship student at Arizona State University College of Law, a nationally recognized law school. After law school, Mr. Saldivar worked with Community Legal Services, a non-profit organization, helping indigent families and fighting for their rights, in Federal Court. In 2004, he worked for the Yuma County Legal Defender’s Office defending indigent clients in Superior Court. From 2005 and 2010 he joined the criminal defense team of Arizona’s Largest Consumer Law Firm at the time. Jose A. Saldivar has extensive criminal defense experience and is involved in all areas of criminal defense, Federal and State. He has represented high-profile clients in Nebraska, Texas, Nevada, Pennsylvania, Virginia, and Colorado. Mr. Saldivar has worked on criminal appeals all the way up to the United States Supreme Court.
