For over seven years, Doctor Jose Silos, PT, DPT, has worked with professional sports players and other individuals as a movement expert. He always pictured himself working as a doctor of physiotherapy and owning a physical therapy-providing health facility. He loves every single bit of his work in helping patients to overcome their movement-related issues.

He began his journey by getting a Bachelor's in Science degree from San Diego State University in 2011. His major was Kinesiology. To further his skills and knowledge, Mr. Jose Silos completed his Doctorate in Physical therapy from the University of St. Augustine's in 2016.

His lifelong passion for working with athletes came true when he started work in the East Bay Area. Here he got a chance to work with college or varsity athletes and professional athletes. He designed many rehabilitation programs to help athletes heal their chronic injuries and to better their movement.

His favorite thing to do is help athletes and sports players make a fast return to their sports.

Besides work, he has attended multiple internships to polish his skills further. In addition, he has worked as a clinical expert and a cheerleader for many people suffering from health problems limiting their movement.

Mr. Silos has also completed several physical therapy courses. These courses are bases upon post-surgical rehabilitation, rotator cuff surgeries, training of posture and gait, etc.

He works on a simple philosophy, and that philosophy is to treat every person individually. He believes in creating individualized rehabilitation and preventive plans.

Jose is a huge sports fan, and one of his favorite pastimes is watching sporting contests or attending them. In addition, he loves getting any time that he can spend with his family. So, when he has, it's usually spent playing golf, snowboarding, softball, etc., making memories, and enjoying life.
