Philosophy

When I consider what my “philosophy” is, I find it very difficult and challenging to pinpoint. There is so many things I believe in, which are ever-changing, the more I continue to grow, both as a person and as a professional. One of the most important things for me entering the teaching field is reflection. A teacher’s life is ever-changing, and by continuously reflecting, he or she can continue to improve their practice and better their planning, instruction, and assessment for the students.
