I am Director of Academic Retention Programs at the University of Indianapolis, and Vice President of INCEP, the Indiana Alliance of Concurrent Enrollment Partnerships.

I work with a talented group of professionals to enhance college success and accelerate degree attainment, working to erase achievement gaps and enhancing equity for all.

Previously, I was Director of Academic Advising at UIndy for about 6 years. Prior to that, I worked at Ivy Tech in Kokomo and Lafayette in both academic advising and secondary initiatives (dual credit programs).
